JOSE M. ROCHA

José M. Rocha earned a B.A. from St. Mary's University and his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, concentrating in Advocacy & Dispute Resolution. Rocha also holds an M.P.S.A. from The Bush School of Government & Public Service at Texas A&M University. His vast experience includes a clerkship in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and serving as a Mediator for the El Paso County Dispute Resolution Center. Moreover, Rocha is also serving as a Professor of Law at the Universidad La Salle, in México City, México.

REBECA VELASQUEZ (Of-Counsel)

Rebeca Velasquez earned her law degree from the Universidad La Salle Chihuahua in Chihuahua City, México.  Her experience includes serving as a legal intern at the Secretariat of Foreign Affairs (SRE) in Chihuahua, México.
